Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

In the case of a purchase contract for several goods that you ordered as part of a single order and that we delivered to you separately, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which your notification of withdrawal was received by us.

Excluded are additional costs incurred because you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period.

Cost of Return

The seller bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Loss of Value

You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

1.   Goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

2.   Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.

3.   Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

4.   Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

5.   Alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered 30 days after conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the entrepreneur has no influence.

6.   Audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.

7.   Newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

8.   Goods or services, including financial services, whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence and which can occur within the withdrawal period.

9.   Services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential, transport of goods, car rental, supply of food and drinks, as well as other services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period.

10.                    Contracts concluded in the context of a publicly accessible auction.

11.                    Contracts in which the consumer has expressly requested the entrepreneur to visit him to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work.

12.                    Wagering and lottery services, unless the consumer has submitted his contractual declaration by telephone or the contract was not concluded outside business premises.
