    Shipping is handled by courier service: DHL or GLS

    We strive for fast and convenient delivery of every order. Below you will find details on processing, delivery times and costs.

    1. Order Processing

    • Orders received before 4:00 PM (CET (Berlin)) will be processed on the same day; orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

    • Processing takes place on business days (Monday to Friday).

    • Processing time is 1–2 days.Β 

    • After payment is received and confirmed, we will prepare your order for shipment.

    2. Delivery Times

    • Estimated delivery time after order processing: 2–6 days (within Germany).

    • Delivery takes place on business days (Monday to Friday).

    3. Total Time Until Order Receipt

    • Considering processing and shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days from the order date (depending on the delivery area).

    4. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping cart / at checkout.

    • Flat shipping rate - €5.99.

    • Free shipping for orders over €149.99

  • Electronic payment methods: Processing after successful payment confirmation by the respective payment service provider.

Delivery Delays

Should circumstances arise that prevent adherence to the stated delivery period, we will inform you immediately via email about:

  • the reason for the delay,
  • the estimated new delivery date.

Invoice

For every order, we issue an electronic invoice. The invoice will be stored in the customer account and also sent by email to the email address provided during the order process.

Upon customer request, the invoice can be printed and included in paper form with the order.Β
